Police say she wanted him dead.
A central Kentucky woman is behind bars, charged with trying to hire someone to kill her former fiance.
Frankfort Police arrested 23-year-old Tracy Sandoval after they say she conspired to have someone kill the man in a murder for hire plot.
Police arrested Sandoval Tuesday at a park. She's now being held in the Franklin County Jail.
Police have charged Sandoval with criminal solicitation to commit murder, after they say an investigation revealed she was conspiring with a man to murder her former fiance.
The arrest citation claims Sandoval offered the man drugs to kill her ex-fiance, and also told him she'd take care of his kids if anything happened to him.
"To get into specifics at this point can be detrimental," Frankfort Police Major Fred Deaton said. "It's still an open and active investigation. There are avenues in which we need to pursue."
Police do tell us they hope to have more details to release in the next few days.
Sandoval declined to give her side of the story from jail. She's being held on a $100,000 bond.
