Drivers rescue woman from car after crash

A driver became trapped in her car following a crash on Interstate 64 in Scott County Tuesday morning.

Emergency crews say a woman was driving eastbound, near the Fayette County line, when she lost control of her car, left the road, hit a rock wall, and flipped.

Witnesses say the woman was briefly trapped, but other drivers stopped, and helped pull her out of the car.

We're told the woman was taken to a hospital to be checked out for possible injuries.
