From the basketball court to a courtroom.
A high school student is facing charges after police say they caught him with bags of drugs on campus.
Georgetown Police arrested 18-year-old Kymble Harris, a senior at Scott County High School, where he also plays on the basketball team.
Harris faces trafficking charges after police say they found more than a dozen individual bags of marijuana on him at school Tuesday.
Police say one of the bags fell out of his pocket. Someone saw it and Harris was taken to the office.
Police say Harris had less than eight ounces of marijuana total.
Police say Harris told them the marijuana wasn't his. He claimed someone left it in his car, he panicked, and put it in his pocket.
School leaders wouldn't comment on what actions are being taken against Harris at Scott County High School.
