A man charged with murder, following a deadly car accident, was back in court Monday morning.
Police say Carl Lewis was drunk when he crashed into Glen Bussell's car a year ago in Scott County.
Bussell's family says they want justice, and they plan on coming to every court appearance Carl Lewis will have.
Bussell was 22 years old when he died just over a year ago.
Carl Lewis' car hit Bussell's car head-on on U.S. 460.
Lewis is under house arrest until his trial.
Lewis' lawyer asked that his client's monitoring bracelet be removed, so he could leave his home to go to work.
Before Monday's hearing, Lewis' attorney withdrew that request.
"It's been a year. People thought we'd forget, but we're not leaving, until he (Lewis) winds up where he belongs, and that's in jail." Dwayne Bussell, Glen Bussell's brother, said.
Lewis' next hearing is July 11.
His trial starts in October.
Bussell was a wrestler. His family will hold a memorial wrestling show this Sunday.
Proceeds from the event will go to efforts aimed at discouraging drunk driving.
