Georgetown Police have launched an investigation after a woman reported being sexually assaulted.
Police say the woman told them she was walking on Bourbon Street in Georgetown around 8 Tuesday night, when a man approached her and asked her for sex.
The woman refused, and tried to walk away.
Police say the woman then claims the man followed her, grabbed her from behind, and touched her private areas.
The woman was able to kick the man and run away.
Georgetown Police say there were no witnesses to the sexual assault, but another person in the area did report seeing a man matching the suspect's description recently.
So far, no arrests have been made in the case.
