LEXINGTON, Ky. – Scott County residents now have more convenient access to the quality medical services of Central Baptist Hospital through a new facility, Central Baptist Outpatient Diagnostic Center in Georgetown, which officially opened today (April 13).
“We are pleased to bring our services nearer to the people of Scott County who have been so loyal to us over the years,” Central Baptist Hospital President & CEO William G. Sisson said during a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new facility. Central Baptist had 8,690 visits from Scott County residents in 2010.
The 9,000-square-foot center located at 206 Bevins Lane offers the following:
• Diagnostic services – Providing CT scan, ultrasound and X-ray services. Hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call 502-570-5525 to schedule an appointment.
• Breast Imaging services – Offering all-digital screening mammography. Open 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call 859-260-6050 to schedule an appointment.
• Laboratory services – Providing laboratory services on a walk-in basis. Hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The phone number is 502-570-5540.
The new diagnostic center is near Baptist Family Physicians of Scott County, an affiliated physician practice located at 210 Bevins Lane, Suite C. Practitioners at Baptist Family Physicians of Scott County are Brett Oliver, MD; Ivan Morrin, MD; Brian Smith, MD, and Robin Sutcliffe, APRN. Hours for the practice are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday hours. The phone number is 502-868-0622.
