An investigation is underway into what sparked a fire that injured a firefighter.
The firefighter had to be treated on the scene for exhaustion while battling the flames on Owenton Road, near Stamping Ground, in Scott County late Thursday night.
No one was at home at the time of the fire.
Firefighters say the rubble was so hot. they'll have to return to the scene Friday to investigate.
