A search is underway for a man who robbed a check cashing business Tuesday evening.
Georgetown Police say the man robbed the Check In To Cash on Washington Street as employees were closing up for the day.
Police tell us the robber had a knife when he met two women at the front door and told them to give up their bags of cash.
Police say the women tried to get away from the man by going back inside the store, but the man followed them.
Investigators say the man took off with nearly $4,000.
