A man now faces charges for a crash that killed a central Kentucky couple.
Police say 46-year-old Jeffrey Bailey's vehicle crossed the center line of U.S. 25 in Scott County back in June, hitting a truck head-on.
32-year-old Brian Way and his girlfriend, 29-year-old Anna Hamilton, who were in that truck, died in the crash.
The Scott County grand jury indicted Bailey on two counts of murder Friday.
He's now in jail, being held on a more than $100,000 bond.
Police say Bailey was driving on a suspended license at the time of the crash.
Bailey has a long list of previous charges in both Fayette and Scott Counties, including being a fugitive from Louisiana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating on a suspended license.
In addition to the two murder charges, Bailey is also charged with non-payment of fines.
Bailey will be arraigned on the new charges December 3.
