The two men caught on camera stealing from Cravens and Lewis are still on the loose, and Georgetown Police believe one of them could be linked to another heist in Winchester.
"Looks like the same guy we have here in Georgetown in our video," said Detective Rodney Johnson with the Georgetown Police.
But on an even larger scale, police say it could all be a part of a jewelry theft ring out of Cincinnati.
"Same kind of M-O. Two males come in, one distracts while the other one takes the jewelry," Johnson said. "We're taking what we have and we're running with it to find out who these guys are so we can get those guys prosecuted."
Along with the felony theft charges, those responsible could face criminal syndicate charges as well.
Detective Johnson says the man arrested in the Winchester jewelry store thefts, identified as James Robinson, has a lawyer and won't state the connection, if any, to the other jewelry heists.
