A Severe Thunderstorm Watch turned into a warning for a brief period Wednesday afternoon in parts of Kentucky.
The storm brought dime to pea-sized hail to Scott County. People shared videos and pictures Wednesday afternoon of the hail falling in the Georgetown area. The National Weather Service says reports are the hail fell for about eight minutes.
There were also reports of dime to quarter sized hail in Montgomery County,
