Severe weather leaves behind damage

Afternoon storms have left damage behind in several parts of the state.

In Frankfort, strong winds and heavy rain knocked down some storage units. There are also reports of a barn being blown down on Muir Station Road.

We're also getting damage reports in Scott County. The Center of Town building on North Hamilton had parts of the roof blown off. Water is leaking into a playroom reserved for an after school program.

In Louisville, 13,000 people are without power after the same system blew through that area knocking down trees and semis on the Gene Snyder Freeway.
