It's not the kind of call you want to get from a neighbor, telling you someone has driven into your house. But that's just what happened this morning on Gemini Trail in Scott County.
A girl waiting for the bus told police she saw a man back his truck across two yards, into a house, then drive away.
The woman who lives in the home was on her way to work when neighbors called her.
Police say the driver, Daniel Foxworth, was staying with the people who live across the street. They told police he is in a recovery addiction program.
"Ended up finding out who the driver was, we went to his place of business and made an arrest," said Deputy Mike Caudill of the Scott County Sheriff.
Police still aren't sure what lead to the crash.
Building inspectors told the woman she would have to get a contractor to put up a support beam before staying in the home.
Police say Foxworth faces charges of Driving with no insurance, Leaving the scene of an accident and having prescription pills in an improper container.
Foxworth is also charged with failure to appear. He had an active warrant out on him at the time of today's arrest.
