Man charged with murder for deadly Scott County crash appears before judge

Updated: 06/15/2010 - 58-year-old Carl Lewis appeared before a judge on a murder charge, and four counts of wanton endangerment. Police say on April 3rd he crossed the center line on U.S. 460 hitting three vehicles, killing 22-year-old Glen Bussell. He is accused of being under the influence.
