HARLAN, Ky. (WYMT) - Bond is set at $50,000 full cash for a man accused of having child porn at the Wallins Creek Water Plant.
State police say 63 year old William Ronald Helton sent to images through the internet to an undercover detective.
Police searched his computer at the water plant and say it had two child porn images.
He was arrested at work.
Black Mountain Utility District officials say Helton worked alone.
Utility officials could not comment on the case, but say they cooperated with state police in the investigation.
