HARLAN, Ky. (WYMT) - An out of state coal truck driver faces a DUI charge in Harlan County.
Kentucky State Police say Timothy Shepherd, of Virginia, crashed his truck into a yard on U.S. 421 in Harlan County.
He's charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving.
A report in the Daily Enterprise says that the crash caused the truck to land on its side.
The accident caused the truck to dump the load of coal into a yard.
