CAWOOD, Ky. (Harlan Daily Enterprise/WYMT) - A Harlan County business owner is facing charges, accused of selling synthetic drugs.
The Harlan Daily Enterprise reports police arrested 52 year old Daniel Neff of Cawood Monday.
Officers say during an undercover buy, they purchased the substance at the Cawood market, which is owned by Neff.
During a search of the store, police found 12 packages of the synthetic drug and more than $1,100 in cash.
While deputies were in the middle of the search, a package, containing 115 additional containers was delivered.
Neff was taken to the Harlan County detention center.
