HARLAN COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT)- A Harlan County man is accused of burglarizing a store three times!
State police arrested Robert Middleton, 21, of Cawood Wednesday.
He’s charged with burglary and criminal mischief.
Deputies say Middleton broke into the Cawood Convenient Mart twice in June and once this month.
In the June burglaries, he allegedly stole more than $1,800 worth of tobacco products.
