EVARTS, Ky (WYMT) - Kentucky State Police say that they have arrested an Evarts man for for his alleged involvement in last month's robbery and assault of Kelley Smith on U.S. 119 at Wallins Creek.
Police arrested 24-year old Timothy Hughes, on several charges.
Hughes was taken to the Harlan County Detention Center.
