A long-time city council member in Cumberland has died.
Norma Bowyer died Monday at the UK Medical Center after a brief illness.
She was also a former school teacher.
Her visitation will be Wednesday from 6pm until 9pm at Tri-City Funeral Home.
Her funeral will be Thursday morning at eleven.
Norma Bowyer was 74.
