HARLAN, Ky. (WYMT)-A Harlan man is behind bars on assault charges.
Twenty year old Chris Britt is accused of assaulting his mother Tina Britt. Police received a domestic complaint Friday morning and found Tina Britt laying on the floor.
She suffered cuts on her face and a possible broken arm. Police say Chris Britt fled the scene; however they found him hiding on a neighbor’s roof.
