Kentucky State Police have arrested a man for murder more than a month after a missing man's remains were found near a strip mine in Harlan County.
State Police charged 35-year-old Tommy Polson of Lynch with murder, robbery and tampering with physical evidence. The charges stem from a homicide investigation into the death of 22-year-old James Feltner. The Lynch man's body was found near a Harlan County strip mine back in July. Feltner had been missing for nearly two weeks before his body was found.
Polson is now in the Harlan County Detention Center on a $5,000,000 bond.
