FRANKFORT, Ky. (WYMT) - Four Kentucky counties will ask the federal government for help for flood recovery.
The Times Tribune reports that Knox County will join Clay, Harlan, and Lee Counties in asking for federal funding.
Heavy rains last week caused flooding in those areas.
Knox County has already sent a damage estimate to state officials in Frankfort.
