EVARTS, Ky. (WYMT) - An Evarts man, convicted on charges of distributing child pornography, is now set for September 20th
Clarence Curtis was scheduled to be sentenced; however, a judge continued the case.
He was convicted on 13 counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of distribution in May of this year.
The jury recommended sentence is one year in prison for each count to run consecutively.
