CLOSPLINT, Ky. (WYMT) The Harlan County Sheriff says 66-year old Wayne Dean of Closplint was found dead after about a 45 minute search.
Officials say Dean and his grandson were walking in the woods when he sat down complaining of chest pains and told the grandson to go get help.
The grandson flagged down a car on Kentucky 38 and a search for him began.
Dean was dead when crews got to him.
No foul play is suspected.
