Shooting suspect will appear in court

HARLAN, Ky. (WYMT) - A Harlan County man police say was involved in a shooting at a church parking lot will be back in court December 20th.

Boss Saylor pleaded not guilty in Harlan Circuit Court.

Officials told us on September 20th, Saylor shot Clifford Napier multiple times in the Pine Flat Baptist Church's parking lot.

Earlier the gun investigators think was used in the shooting was recovered.
