Three Harlan County men are behind bars, charged in an alleged assault from earlier this month.
The Harlan Daily Enterprise reports 35 year old Wayne Johnson Junior, 23 year old Randy Hammons and 31 year old Jerry Gilbert allegedly assaulted Rayshawn Allison using a two by four earlier this month.
Allison was seriously inured during the incident.
