Two people accused of murder in Harlan County will appear in court October 11th

HARLAN, Ky. (WYMT) - Two people accused of murdering a Harlan County man will be back in court October 11th.

Tim Turner and Rachel Osborne are charged with the June 2011 murder of 58-year-old Stephen Gibson.

Gibson was found dead in his Harlan County home.

Turner and Osborne were indicted on murder, robbery and kidnapping charges.
