LONDON, Ky. (WYMT) - Two women charged in a federal hate crime case will have a sentencing hearing in London on Thursday.
A federal judge will decide how long Alexis and Mabel Jenkins will spend behind bars.
The pair pleaded guilty to the hate crime charges last year.
However, the terms of the agreement remain sealed.
Two men in the case, Anthony Ray Jenkins and his cousin David Jason Jenkins, were found guilty in October of kidnapping and conspiracy to kidnapping charges.
They were found not guilty on federal hate crime charges.
They were accused of kidnapping a man in Harlan County and beating him because he is gay.
