Folks in Evarts no longer have to conserve water.
The Harlan Daily Enterprise reports Evarts Mayor Eddie Manning has lifted a water conservation ban.
Mayor Manning told the newspaper that county officials drilled an existing well deeper and a sufficient water supply is now available for all customers.
