A man who has eluded authorities for weeks has finally been caught.
Burgin's police chief tells 27 NEWSFIRST that Kentucky State Police and Lawrenceburg Police arrested Mark Powell in Anderson County Thursday.
Police say Powell led them on two chases in recent weeks through Mercer County.
He is suspected of trying to get away with stolen property from area farms.
Powell also faces charges of manufacturing meth.
