Kentucky State Police continue to investigate a deadly hayride accident on a Mercer County farm. They say toxicology results are pending on the person driving the tractor pulling the wagon Saturday night. It happened at a family farm off Buster Pike, near Burgin.
We're told about 30 people were riding on a haywagon when it jackknifed on a hill.
A deputy Mercer County Coroner says five people were injured and transported to hospitals. He says 44-year-old Terri Hurley was killed. Injuries to the other four people were not believed life threatening.
