Two people now face charges after police say they found a meth lab inside a Harrodsburg home over the weekend.
Harrodsburg Police say they were called to a home in the Pioneer Trailer Park, on North College Street, just after 7 Sunday morning for a report of domestic violence.
When officers arrived, they say they noticed an odd chemical odor coming from the home.
Police say once they went inside, they saw a man weighing marijuana and meth on a computer desk.
Officers say they again noticed a strong chemical odor. They say the man then told them there was an active meth lab in a hallway closet.
Harrodsburg Police evacuated the home, along with nearby homes, and called in state police to clean up the meth lab.
Police arrested the people who were inside the home at the time, 29-year-old Cian M. Sneed, and 33-year-old Elizabeth A. Curry.
Both Sneed and Curry are charged with manufacturing meth, marijuana possession, and unlawful possession of a meth precursor.
