A man suspected of murdering one man, and injuring a woman, is now in the hospital.
52-year-old James Kelley is listed in critical condition at UK Hospital in Lexington. Police say he pulled up to Pattie A. Clay Hospital in Richmond Wednesday night, then shot himself.
First responders transferred him to UK Hospital, where we're told friends and family are by his side.
Police say Kelley killed his former business partner, John "Bud" Dacci, in the foyer of Dacci's home near Herrington Lake in Mercer County Tuesday night.
Police say Kelley also shot Dacci's wife, Mary Ann.
Friends of the Daccis say she is stable at UK Hospital, and is suffering from a severe spine injury and a broken leg.
Richmond Police have turned over Kelley's truck and all other evidence to police in Mercer County.
