PAINTSVILLE, Ky (WYMT) - The sentencing for a Paintsville doctor, who pleaded guilty to running a pill mill, has been delayed again.
The Paintsville Herald says Doctor Richard Albert was indicted on federal charges back in July 2011 for conspiring to illegally distribute and dispense controlled substances.
He was scheduled to be sentenced on Monday.
A judge granted a motion filed by prosecutors to delay his sentencing.
A new sentencing date has not yet been scheduled.
