A Johnson County family accused of using their wrecker service as a chop shop was is in court today for arraignment.
Marty and Madeline Welch, and their 22-year-old son Ian Welch, all pleaded not guilty today to dozens of charges including theft, trafficking stolen vehicles, and fraud.
In January police say they found some allegedly stolen cars on the family's property in Hager Hill.
They were indicted by the grand jury and arrested last month.
All three are out of jail on bond.
