A former Paintsville Police Officer is facing drug charges.
Daren Paul Estep was indicted on two counts of presenting a fraudulent statement to obtain a controlled substance.
He allegedly gave forged prescriptions to the Medicine Cabinet Pharmacy two times in 2011.
