PAINTSVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - A Johnson County mother says she is guilty of reckless homicide in the death of her infant.
Heather Stambaugh made the plea Thursday.
Her five-month old son, Draven, died from an overdose of Benadryl and a muscle relaxer.
A jury found Stambaugh's mother guilty of complicity to manslaughter back in January.
