JOHNSON COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - They are building a house, but not just any house. To the Music family it is something they have not had in more than a year.

Jeana and James Music's 3-year-old son Waylon was born with Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome.

"They told us that due to the syndromes that he would probably be stillborn, and if he did make it he would die shortly after birth," said Jeana.

Little Waylon and his parents are fighters, not giving up for one second, but the time and effort they have put into caring for Waylon has cost them.

"It's been financially draining. Emotionally draining," said Jeana.

They lost almost everything--jobs, cars, and their house--but their story spread all the way to Pennsylvania and to a group called Jamie's Dream Team. Founder Jamie Holmes says she knew they had to help get Waylon home for Christmas.

"I've had over 45 major operations throughout my life and it gives me, makes me feel better, gives me inspiration to help others with illness," said Holmes.

Jamie's Dream Team arrived in Johnson County late Thursday night. They say they plan to work around the clock and hope to have the house ready for the family to move in by Sunday.

"It's took each and every one of them, and we're just so thankful," said Jeana.

The Music family says if they remember only one thing, it will be to always have faith.

"Trust in God. Lean on your family and friends because it will come through," said Jeana.

Jamie's Dream Team is accepting donations for the Music family. You can visit www.jamiesdreamteam.org to donate. They are also welcoming any volunteers who want to help build the Musics' home.
