PAINTSVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - A Johnson County family will spend several years behind bars after being found guilty of using their wrecker service as a chop shop.
Marty Welch will spend 10 years behind bars, while his wife Madeline Welch and son ian welch will both serve 7 years in prison.
In January, police say they found some stolen cars on the family's property in Hager Hill.
