JOHNSON COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - Emergency management officials tell us they are on the scene of a train derailment near Paintsville in Johnson County.
It has happened at the CSX Railyard.
We're told a locomotive and four coal cars were involved.
Officials say the cars remained upright and were unloaded at the time of the incident.
Right now, the railroad crossing on highway 581 in Thealka is blocked and could be for several hours.
