LONDON, Ky. (WYMT) - A man is facing indecent exposure charges in Laurel County after he was found lying on the side of the road with his penis exposed.
London Police arrested 52-year-old Ricky Lovins of Corbin near the intersection of U.S. 25 and the Hal Rogers Parkway.
Police are not sure why Lovins was exposing himself.
Police say drugs and alcohol were not involved and there is no indication of mental illness.
