LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - A Laurel County man is behind bars, arrested after officers responded to a loud party complaint.
It happened Friday night at a home on Kermit Jones Road near London.
Police say when they got to the home, they discovered one of the people there, 53 year old David Miller of London, had an outstanding bench warrant.
Deputies say Miller ran out of the back of the home and hid in a crawlspace.
Officers say once they found Miller, he fought them and resisted arrest.
He is charged with alcohol intoxication, drinking alcoholic beverages in public, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
