A man faces charges after police say he was drunk while on a bicycle.
The Laurel County Sheriff's Office arrested 36-year-old Lynnville Miller Sunday morning.
Deputies say they were working a complaint on Highway 3094 in East Bernstadt when they saw Miller ride by on his bike.
“We've worked traffic accidents where bicycles were involved. Bicycles versus cars leave a lot of damage. It could result in a fatality, to either the bicycle rider or people in the vehicle,” Deputy Gilbert Acciardo said.
The sheriff's office charged Miller with DUI.
