New program gets female inmates outside

Posted: 06/12/2013 - On average, Jailer Jamie Mosley says there are between 80 to 100 female inmates at the Laurel County Detention Center. Before now women at the facility were limited to indoor work release programs, but new procedures are allowing women to do just as much as the men.
