WHITESBURG, Ky. (WYMT) - An out-of-state sex offender will be extradited back to California.
51-year-old Larry Humphrey was arrested for not being in compliance with the sex offender registry last week.
Some people at a hair salon in Whitesburg called police after they noticed Humphrey acting strange.
He was with a little boy.
Officials from California have 21 days to pick him up.
It's still not clear if any criminal charges will be filed here.
