WHITESBURG, Ky. (WYMT) - A Letcher County woman faces felony charges for allegedly using a fraudulent credit card to go on a QVC shopping spree.
Cynthia Grace Riddle of Millstone is named in an indictment that accuses her of using false information to obtain a credit card issued by QVC in the name of another woman, then using the card to make purchases.
Riddle faces several different charges.
