Just a day after pleading guilty to charges in Letcher County, a man was sentenced to three years in jail after pleading guilty to stealing jeans from a Perry County store.
Stevie Wynn admitted to taking the clothes from the Magic Mart in Lothair and has now been banned from ever going into the store again.
“That is to run at the same time as any sentence he receives in a case in Letcher County for, but it's after any sentence he receives in Knott County which is the escape case,” Commonwealth Attorney Teresa Combs said.
You might remember Wynn is facing charges after allegedly escaping from custody in Knott County last year after injuring a Perry County Deputy Jailer and stealing a jail van.
