A Letcher County man is sentenced to 50 years in prison for murdering a Neon man.
The Mountain Eagle reports Circuit Judge Sam Wright followed the recommendations in a plea agreement.
John William Pigg Junior killed 70-year old Ralph Marcum in April 2008.
Two others, Lloyd Pigg and Christina Collins, also pleaded guilty to charges in connection with the case.
