WHITESBURG, Ky (WYMT) - Two people charged in a Letcher County murder case are expected to enter pleas Wednesday.
Court officials tell us Stephanie Fleming and James Maggard will be arraigned Wednesday.
The couple was indicted last month.
Fleming is charged with complicity to commit murder.
Maggard is charged with murder.
Prosecutors say they are responsible for killing Drad Fleming, setting his truck on fire, and then staging it to look like a suicide earlier this year.
